There are many ways to get feedback from your guests.
Perhaps the most common is by talking to your guests as they are on your premises. But this type of feedback is not statistically measurable (even though it does sometimes leave you with a warm feeling). Another method is to ask guests to complete a short survey card - which then requires someone to manual enter their responses into some spreadsheet or database in order to analyse all responses.
