How is remote support provided? |

A. Phone support is provided and is included as part of the Monthly Hosting Fees. There is no need to dial in to your site as replication allows our support team to view the same information as the user is viewing either via a notes client or via the secure website. For example, if a user is having difficulty with a particular quote, the support person can open up and view the quote at the sametime the user is viewing it.
