What is the project delivery kit? PDF Print E-mail

A.  The Project Delivery Kit is a repository of information and documents related to the installation of the YOURFunction application as a whole. It includes checklists of items for attention during the client analysis and pre-installation phases. The PDK has 2 primary functions.

Firstly, it is used to ensure all tasks are carried out to ensure YOURFunction is properly setup on both the server and on site.

Secondly, it is used to record any modifications which are requested or required to meet the needs of your organisation.  .

The PDK is a Notes database and is visible via either a Notes Client or via the secure website, subject to the appropriate security access. Should YOURFunction be required on other PC's after the initial installation, TLA can provide a copy of the media to allow your organization to load the Lotus Notes software on to other machines.  To create a new user simply contact TLA and a new user can usually be set up within 48 hours.   

TLA also provide a Quickstart module which allows new users to work through a step-by-step training kit to get them started.
