How is the look and feel managed?
A. The level of interaction you have with your customers and suppliers is up to you. The database look and feel is customisable, and can be edited to appear as desired. Use of a user ID can allow specified third parties to have access to the website, or as mentioned, specific databases can be opened up to any web user, if so desired.
The domain name for the your organisation databases is "yourorganisationname.yourfunction.com" and opens to a home page for access to the databases. Secure links can be made to all or any part of the website if required. The application design includes a Customer Enquiry form that translates directly into the Customer Information database, which can be switched on to public access at any time. This enquiry form can be accessed either by visiting the YOURFunction.com website, or via a link from your Website. Currently the look and feel is the standard YOURFunction Look and Feel which provides your standard logo. The look and feel is customisable and we would be pleased to discuss any modifications with you - costs for this work will apply.
